Sync Data from Infor CloudSuite

Smarter Database Push with editable table structure:

The new DB Table Push node now supports automatic datatype mapping between the data source and target. Using the new FlowMapper, users can easily define and adjust the mapping and table structure before pushing data – including customizing field names and datatypes as needed.

Intelligent Document Filling Solution

Supports automatic updates of Microsoft Word documents by inserting values from preceding workflow steps into predefined placeholders. This feature streamlines the creation of dynamic, data-driven content, allowing workflows to generate personalized Word outputs effortlessly. (Support for Excel and PowerPoint is also available.)

B2Data Paths and dependencies:

Paths within a workflow can now depend on each other. You can link paths so that one starts after another completes, enabling coordinated, multi-step workflows. Additionally, a path can pass property values to the next path, allowing data to flow seamlessly between connected parts of the workflow.

Partial Workflow Activation

Previously, triggers and schedulers could only activate the entire workflow. In this release, they can now target specific paths within a workflow. This makes it possible for different paths to run on separate schedules or in response to different conditions, providing greater flexibility and control.

Workspaces for organizing B2Output reports and B2Data workflows

Users can now define and manage workspaces in B2Win Suite, each with its own permission and purpose. Reports in B2Output are organized by ERP system, while B2Data workflows can be grouped based on their function or usage. Workspaces make B2Win Suite more organized, focused, and efficient.

Workflow Error Alerts

You'll now receive automatic email notifications whenever an error occurs in a deployed workflow. The alert includes all the error details.

Introducing the FlowCode Editor

The code editor in B2Data has been redesigned and officially named FlowCode Editor. It now offers redesigned coding experience with AI assistance, autocomplete, console logging and a modern look.
